本プライバシーポリシーは、カロレコ（以下「本アプリ」）における個人情報の取り扱いについて定めるものです。本アプリをご利用いただく前に、本ポリシーの内容をご確認ください。
1. 収集する情報
本アプリでは、サービスの提供·改善のために以下の情報を収集します。
（1）アカウント情報
本アプリでは、Googleアカウントによるログイン（Google Sign-In）およびApple IDによるログイン（Sign in with Apple）を利用しています。ログイン時に以下の情報を取得します。
- 表示名
- メールアドレス
- プロフィール画像URL（Google Sign-Inの場合）
- ユーザーID（GoogleユーザーIDまたはAppleユーザーID）
（2）食事・健康に関する情報
本アプリの機能を提供するために、以下の情報を収集·保存します。
- 食事の記録（食品名、カロリー、たんぱく質、脂質、炭水化物などの栄養情報）
- 食事の写真（AI解析のためにアップロードされた画像）
- 体重の記録
（3）広告に関する情報
本アプリでは、広告配信のためにGoogle AdMobを使用しています。AdMobにより、広告の表示·効果測定のために広告識別子等の情報が収集される場合があります。
2. 情報の利用目的
収集した情報は、以下の目的のために利用します。
- ユーザー認証およびアカウント管理
- 食事記録の保存·表示·栄養分析
- 食事写真のAIによる自動解析（食品の識別および栄養素の推定）
- 体重推移の記録·グラフ表示
- 広告の配信
- アプリの改善およびサービス品質の向上
3. 情報の保存·管理
ユーザーの食事記録·体重記録·アカウント情報は、当方が管理するサーバー（Amazon Web Services）に保存されます。情報の保護のため、通信はすべてSSL/TLSにより暗号化されています。
食事写真のAI解析には、OpenAI社のAPIを利用しています。アップロードされた画像はAPI経由でOpenAIに送信され、食品の識別および栄養素の推定に使用されます。OpenAI社のAPIデータ利用ポリシーに基づき、API経由で送信されたデータはモデルの学習には使用されません。
4. データの保持期間
収集した情報は、以下の期間保持します。
- アカウント情報：アカウントが有効な間、またはユーザーが削除を要請するまで
- 食事記録·体重記録：アカウントが有効な間、またはユーザーが削除を要請するまで
- 食事写真（AI解析用）：AI解析完了後、当方サーバーからは速やかに削除されます。OpenAI社におけるデータの保持についてはOpenAI社のポリシーに準じます
- アカウント削除後：ユーザーに紐づくすべてのデータは、削除要請から30日以内に完全に削除されます
5. 第三者への提供
収集した個人情報は、以下の場合を除き第三者に提供することはありません。
- ユーザーの同意がある場合
- 法令に基づく場合
- 本ポリシーに記載されたサービス提供者による情報収集（下記「第三者サービス」を参照）

本アプリでは以下の第三者サービスを利用しています。各サービスにおける情報の取り扱いについては、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

7. 子どものプライバシー
本アプリは、13歳未満のお子様を対象としたサービスではありません。13歳未満の方は、保護者の同意なく本アプリを利用しないでください。
当方が13歳未満のお子様の個人情報を意図せず収集したことが判明した場合、速やかに当該情報を削除いたします。お子様が本アプリを利用していることにお気づきの保護者の方は、下記の連絡先までご連絡ください。
8. データの削除
ユーザーは、以下の方法でデータの削除を行うことができます。
- アプリ内のアカウント設定画面からアカウントおよび関連データを削除
- 下記のメールアドレスに連絡し、データの完全削除を要請
アカウントを削除した場合、食事記録·体重記録·アカウント情報を含むすべてのデータが30日以内に完全に削除されます。
9. プライバシーポリシーの変更
本ポリシーの内容は、必要に応じて変更することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内通知またはその他の適切な方法でお知らせします。変更後のプライバシーポリシーは、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じるものとします。

This Privacy Policy describes how CaloReco (the “App”) handles personal information. Please review this policy before using the App.
1. Information We Collect
The App collects the following information to provide and improve our services.
(1) Account Information
The App uses Google Sign-In and Sign in with Apple for authentication. During sign-in, the following information is obtained:
- Display name
- Email address
- Profile image URL (Google Sign-In only)
- User ID (Google User ID or Apple User ID)
(2) Meal and Health Information
The App collects and stores the following information to provide its features:
- Meal records (food names, calories, protein, fat, carbohydrates, and other nutritional information)
- Food photos (images uploaded for AI analysis)
- Weight records
(3) Advertising Information
The App uses Google AdMob for advertising. AdMob may collect information such as advertising identifiers for the purpose of displaying and measuring the effectiveness of advertisements.
2. Purpose of Use
Collected information is used for the following purposes:
- User authentication and account management
- Storing, displaying, and analyzing meal records
- AI-powered automatic analysis of food photos (food identification and nutrient estimation)
- Recording and displaying weight trends
- Delivering advertisements
- Improving the App and enhancing service quality
3. Data Storage and Management
User meal records, weight records, and account information are stored on servers managed by us (Amazon Web Services). All communications are encrypted using SSL/TLS to protect your information.
For AI analysis of food photos, we use OpenAI’s API. Uploaded images are sent to OpenAI via their API for food identification and nutrient estimation. Per OpenAI’s API data usage policy, data sent via the API is not used to train their models.
4. Data Retention
Collected information is retained for the following periods:
- Account information: For as long as the account remains active, or until the user requests deletion
- Meal and weight records: For as long as the account remains active, or until the user requests deletion
- Food photos (for AI analysis): Promptly deleted from our servers after AI analysis is complete. Retention by OpenAI is subject to OpenAI’s own policies
- After account deletion: All data associated with the user will be completely deleted within 30 days of the deletion request
5. Disclosure to Third Parties
Personal information collected will not be disclosed to third parties except in the following cases:
- With user consent
- When required by law
- Information collection by service providers described in this policy (see “Third-Party Services” below)

7. Children’s Privacy
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not use the App without parental consent.
If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete such information. If you are a parent or guardian and become aware that your child has been using the App, please contact us at the address below.
8. Data Deletion
Users can delete their data through the following methods:
- Delete your account and associated data from the account settings screen within the App
- Contact us at the email address below to request complete data deletion
When an account is deleted, all data including meal records, weight records, and account information will be completely deleted within 30 days.
9. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated as necessary. If significant changes are made, we will notify you through in-app notifications or other appropriate means. The revised Privacy Policy will take effect upon being posted on this page.
